I love this so much. It’s thought-provoking about change, but I especially like your thoughts on the value of story.

I’d like to extend your point just a bit, to our personal relationships. It occurs to me that story is vitally important in that context as well.

Authentic Belonging, one of our three sources of meaning, requires us to know each other’s stories. To ask great questions and listen with intention. And to share our own stories. That’s when we start to feel that we matter to each other.
